Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products (Herbal Infusion), we do not accept returns of opened products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at care@parahfarms.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return/replacement of unopened items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

​Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

​Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please send us a photo of the issue to [care@parahfarms.in] within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may refuse delivery or contact us for a return of the unopened package.
